Requests made outside our standard business hours will be addressed in a timely manner.

Most orders typically ship within 1 business day. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier and due to product inventory availability.

Express 2-4 Day and Next Business Day Shipping orders received after 2pm Eastern will ship the next business day.

Any payments for purchases made by you from Nutrex Research on Nutrex Research website are subject to these terms of service, and any relevant terms and conditions imposed by Nutrex Research. By placing an order with Zonos, you agree to be bound by the same. Please read all the terms before you indicate acceptance. If you do not accept them, Nutrex Research and Zonos will not be able to complete your purchase.

Discount/Coupon codes are currently not accepted with International Shipping methods.

CUSTOMS FAQ’S

Duties, Taxes, and Collection Fees: You are responsible for payment of any import tax, sales tax, value-added tax, and customs duty that may be levied by any government authority, and any disbursement fees, advancement fees, or similar fees that may be imposed by the shipper, broker, the customs authority of the destination country, or other party, including any additional penalties or fees imposed by applicable tax or customs authorities (collectively, “Duties, Taxes, and Fees”). The estimated Duties, Taxes, and Fees (“Estimate”) may be more or less than the final actual amount of Duties, Taxes, and Fees due and payable.

For shipments specifically destined to EU-member countries, services will be provided to you only after you have (a) paid for the Duties, Taxes, and Fees at the time of checkout/purchase and (b) explicitly agreed to become Importer of Record, which you hereby explicitly agree to. Applicable customs clearance shall be made in your name and on your behalf as ultimate Importer of Record. As the Importer of Record, you agree to be ultimately responsible for importing the purchased products into the destination EU-member state.

RETURN POLICY

 

Returns are applicable to products that have been opened or used. You have a generous 60-day window from the date you received your product, be it a 3-month or 6-month supply, to initiate a return. Every item is eligible for a one-time full refund. To secure a refund through our money-back guarantee, simply return the bottle, even if it's empty. 

This guarantee is valid for one return per product, per household, ensuring that customers don't initiate returns for the same product more than once. You're allowed a maximum of 2 returns per calendar year, covering both the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee and regular returns. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders and will be deducted from eligible refunds. Additionally, Nutrex Research does not provide prepaid return labels.

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately to our Customer Service Department.

DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PACKAGING UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR INSTRUCTIONS, AS WE MAY REQUIRE RETURN OF THE DAMAGED GOODS.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

This return policy only applies to products or items purchased through Nutrex.com. All products purchased through 3rd Party Retailers, other than directly through Nutrex.com, are subject to the return policies of the retailer where the items were purchased.

ONCE A PRODUCT HAS BEEN EXCHANGED, THE RIGHT TO A REFUND IS FORFEITED. THE EXCHANGE WILL SERVE AS A REPLACEMENT FOR THE REFUND.
